Why cold-processed bar soaps need time to cure
Cold-processed soap is made by blending oils with a natural lye solution. After it is poured, the soap begins to harden, but it is not ready to use immediately. It needs several weeks to fully cure. During this time, excess water evaporates and the bar becomes firm, long lasting, and gentle. A fully cured bar also produces a richer, creamier lather and feels milder on the skin.
What does ‘Optimal Usage Date’ mean?
Natural soap keeps improving as it cures, but it also has a period where it performs at its best. The optimal usage date tells you when the bar has reached its ideal texture and full gentleness. It confirms that the soap is fully cured and ready to use at peak quality. Since each bar is handmade in small batches, you will find this date on the back of our eco-friendly packaging.

Our products are made in small batches in Kuala Lumpur, and occasionally prepared to order to ensure freshness and quality.
How long does the product last and how should I store it?
Each product label includes a handwritten production date. When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the product remains suitable for use for 12 to 18 months from the date it is made.
Why does my product look or smell slightly different?
Because our products are made in small batches, minor variations in colour or scent can occur. These natural differences do not affect performance or safety. Every product is made with care, and we are happy to assist if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please message us on Instagram with your order number and photos, and we will assist you promptly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We review each case carefully to ensure a fair resolution.
