What essential oils are used in this roll-on?
We use pure lavender, bergamot and geranium essential oils.
Is this roll-on suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. This roll-on is made with a simple, non-greasy base and pure essential oils, without synthetic fragrance, alcohol, or parabens. The scent is intentionally subtle and close to the skin, making it suitable for everyday use. As with any essential oil product, we recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have very sensitive or reactive skin.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship within Malaysia. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. As our products are handmade in small batches, certain items may take slightly longer to prepare.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your postal code.
Are your products made to order?
Our products are made in small batches in Kuala Lumpur, and occasionally prepared to order to ensure freshness and quality.
How long does the product last and how should I store it?
Each product label includes a handwritten production date. When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the product remains suitable for use for 12 to 18 months from the date it is made.
Why does my product look or smell slightly different?
Because our products are made in small batches, minor variations in colour or scent can occur. These natural differences do not affect performance or safety. Every product is made with care, and we are happy to assist if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please message us on Instagram with your order number and photos, and we will assist you promptly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We review each case carefully to ensure a fair resolution.
